Marine Solutions was proud to be associated with two significant milestones on India’s sailing calendar — the YAI–Ocean Gold Offshore Regatta and the Goa Yacht Rendezvous — each highlighting offshore endurance, refined seamanship, and competitive excellence.
The YAI–Ocean Gold Offshore Regatta concluded at Dona Paula after a demanding 222-nautical-mile passage from Mumbai to Goa. Battling true offshore conditions, the fleet showcased resilience and strategic decision-making at sea. Top honours were claimed by the Jeanneau 54 Sun Odyssey Avi’s Ark, skippered by Arvind Rao, setting a strong benchmark for offshore racing performance.

The race featured an accomplished line-up of sailors, including Dilip Donde, India’s first solo circumnavigator, alongside exceptional women officers Lt. Cdr. Dilna K and Lt. Cdr. Roopa Alagirisamy, recently honoured with the Shaurya Chakra at the Republic Day 2026 celebrations for completing a remarkable 25,400-nautical-mile circumnavigation over eight months.

Celebrations continued in Goa with a refined closing ceremony at the Coast-to-Coast Restaurant, Taj Cidade de Goa, marking a graceful shift from offshore endurance to coastal indulgence.
Complementing the offshore challenge was the Goa Yacht Rendezvous 2025, set against Goa’s vibrant coastline and conducted in partnership with Taj Cidade de Goa. The highlight of the rendezvous was a closely contested race around Grande Island, where the Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 45, skippered by Gautama Dutta along with Keith Debrass and Nilay Patil, emerged victorious to win the Taj Cidade de Goa Cup—a testament to disciplined seamanship, teamwork, and tactical execution. Spectators headed out on Ferretti yachts to witness the racing firsthand, while the signature race delivered perfect conditions, striking visuals, and an atmosphere of camaraderie.

Together, these events reflected the seamless convergence of sport, culture, and lifestyle—reinforcing Marine Solutions’ commitment to India’s evolving luxury yachting ecosystem. We congratulate all sailors, organisers, and partners for making these events a resounding success and look forward to many more such milestones ahead.
