The Manner of Working

Marine Solutions is appointed as your agent and acts at all times in your interest. Title and every ownership right remain yours; policies, registrations and berthing contracts stand in your name — we place, negotiate and administer them on your behalf.
The work is delivered by our own people — engineers, crew, operations and accounts — including our marina stations and the Oceanaire charter programme. And all of it is documented: every certificate, works order and account entry kept, referenced and available to you.

A single master agreement carries the terms of appointment. Each service is described in its own schedule and engaged in any combination — singly, together, or built up over time as the yacht's programme evolves. Services may be adjusted or ended individually, without disturbing the rest.
Yacht Management
The administration, insurance, compliance, berthing and financial management of the yacht. The anchor service, under which every other is overseen.
Operations & Crewing
Captain and crew sourced, employed and managed, and the yacht operated to written procedures — her daily upkeep included.
Technical Services
Planned maintenance, OEM-certified service, repair, refit and seasonal care — engineering to the builder's standard, by factory-trained engineers.
Charter Management
Charter employment under the Oceanaire programme — marketed, booked, crewed and accounted for, with your own use reserved in writing.
The Commercial Shape
One fee for each service. Every other cost at exactly what was paid.
A single fixed fee
Each service carries one fixed monthly fee — identical every month, covering the whole of its published scope.
Charter, as a share of receipts
Charter management is remunerated as an agreed share of charter receipts, deducted only as the yacht earns.
A single monthly invoice
Costs settled on your behalf are recovered at exactly what was paid, each item referenced to its supplier invoice.
Fees are agreed against the yacht, her size and her programme, and confirmed on enquiry.
