Yacht Charter Management Services in India

The yacht that pays her way.

Placed in the Oceanaire charter programme, the yacht earns through the weeks she would otherwise lie idle — marketed, booked, crewed and accounted for on your behalf, with your own use reserved in writing.

Maintained in charter to the same standard as in your own use.

Charter employment

The yacht is placed in charter during the periods she is not in your use.

The Owner's use

Your own days, including peak season, reserved in writing; the calendar is managed around them.

Condition

Every charter crewed by rostered captains, with condition checks between bookings.

Accounting

A monthly statement recording every charter, with the balance due paid on a stated date.
The Case for Charter
A yacht carries her costs whether she sails or sits.

Crew, berthing, insurance and upkeep run through the year. In charter employment, the weeks you are not aboard produce revenue, and the yacht begins to meet the cost of her own keep.

A chartering yacht is also continuously kept — crewed, run to written procedures, and rectified as defects are logged — so that charter employment does not diminish her condition.

A share of receipts
Our remuneration is an agreed share of charter receipts, deducted in the monthly statement — only as the yacht earns.
Marketing carried by us
Campaign and platform spend across the Oceanaire programme is ours to bear.
On enquiry
The share and the particulars are agreed per yacht and confirmed on enquiry.
No booking is accepted until licensing, insurance and the entry assessment stand.
The Owner's Use
Your use of the yacht, reserved in writing.
Your own days — including days in peak season — are reserved in writing, and the charter calendar is managed around them. Reserved days are blocked with the bookings desk on agreed notice, and if a charter is confirmed over a day properly reserved as yours, we pay you for each day taken. You may also suspend the yacht's participation in the programme on notice, honouring the charters already confirmed.

Charter Management · Oceanaire

Entry begins with the fleet assessment.

It records where the yacht stands — condition, safety equipment and licensing — and what is required before her first charter.

Every charter is crewed by rostered captains and run to written procedures, with professional turnarounds and condition checks between bookings; rectification is carried through the technical team.

Guests contracted on standard charter agreements, with advances collected and security deposits held. The yacht is crewed by our rostered captains and crew on every charter.

A monthly statement from a dedicated charter accountant: every charter recorded, the balance due to you paid on a stated date.

Once the entry assessment is closed out, licensing is in force and charter use is verified on your insurance — we coordinate all three.
