Operations and Crewing Services in India

Crew worthy of the yacht.

Captain and crew sourced, vetted, employed and managed — trained under former naval officers — and the yacht operated to written procedures, her daily upkeep part of their work.

Naval-standard training

Crews trained and periodically assessed under former naval officers.

Vetting before presentation

Licences, medicals, sea time and references verified for every candidate.

Rotation and relief

Leave planned around the season, with vetted relief crew provided.

Shore support

A named operations manager, and a duty contact whenever she is operating.

Why It Matters

The standard of the yacht is set by her crew.

Most of what an owner experiences aboard — the readiness of the yacht, the conduct of a departure, the care of guests — is the work of the crew. They are selected, trained and supervised accordingly.

Crews are chosen against the yacht and your pattern of use, inducted on her systems and your preferences, drilled to written procedures, and supported from shore every day she operates.

Two Forms of Engagement

Our crew, or yours.
Managed crew
We engage the crew under our own contracts of employment and stand as crew employer. The crew serve on the yacht under your programme; the master retains final authority in matters of safety and navigation.
Crew administration only
You employ the crew, and we administer their employment, payroll and supervision — the same standard, applied to your own people.
