Why It Matters

A yacht is a small enterprise, and she must be run as one.

Behind every afternoon on the water sits a ledger of renewals, premiums, berthing contracts, surveys and supplier accounts — each with its own deadline. Management exists so that none of it ever reaches you unresolved.

Everything stands in your name and every decision remains yours; the carrying of it passes to one team, reporting on a fixed rhythm.
